Cancellation & Refund Policy

Effective Date: Immediately

This policy outlines the conditions under which lessons may be cancelled, rescheduled, or refunded at Bridget's Learning Hub.

1. Payment Terms

  • All lessons are payable in advance.
  • Proof of payment must be emailed to info@bridgetslearninghub.co.za
  • Reference: Initial & surname of the learner.
  • Lessons commence only after payment confirmation.

2. 24-Hour Grace Period for Cancellations

Clients may cancel and request a full refund within 24 hours of making payment, provided no lessons have occurred. Requests must be made in writing to info@bridgetslearninghub.co.za.

3. Rescheduling & Lesson Cancellations

  • Clients must provide at least three (3) business hours' notice to reschedule a session.
  • Business hours: Monday to Friday, 08:00–17:00.
  • Example: A 13:00 lesson on Tuesday must be rescheduled by 10:00 Tuesday.
  • A minimum of 24 hours' notice is required to cancel a booked lesson.
  • Failure to provide adequate notice may result in forfeiture of the lesson fee.

4. Lesson Availability

  • Lessons are conducted between Sunday and Friday only.
  • No lessons will be scheduled on Saturdays.
  • All lessons must be completed before Friday evening.

5. Refunds

Refunds are not issued after the 24-hour grace period unless due to:

  • Tutor unavailability that cannot be resolved.
  • Lessons not delivered due to internal scheduling issues.

• Unused lesson packages expire on 31 December 2025 and are non-refundable after this date.

• No partial refunds for partially used lesson packages unless approved in writing.

6. Tutor Engagement Restriction

Clients agree not to engage tutors introduced by Bridget's Learning Hub directly or indirectly without written consent from Bridget's Learning Hub.

7. Liability

Bridget's Learning Hub and its tutors are not liable for:

  • Any academic performance outcomes.
  • Missed lessons due to poor internet or technical issues on the client's side.
  • Any loss, injury, or illness arising from the tutoring services.

8. Agreement

By submitting payment, you accept all terms and conditions above. Bridget's Learning Hub will provide one (1) month's notice of any changes to these terms.
